Shipping

Most orders will ship out from Utah within 1-2 business days of purchase via USPS. However, that time can be extended up to 1 week during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales and other promotions. 

We're sorry but we cannot combine the shipping for multiple orders at this time. 

Returns

You may return any items within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is the result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. see below) Please not that any item smelling of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair will not be eligible for a refund. If we receive a returned item in poor condition, you will be contacted directly via email. 

To return any items from your order, please mail them back to the address below with your name and order number written on the outside of the package. Returns are nto accepted on sale items. The best way to ensure your return is processed efficiently is to email hello@red-rover-kids.com with return and tracking information.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, as our inventory changes often and goes quickly. The best way to "exchange" is to checkout as normal through our shop then return the item you don't want any more for a refund. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, any sale priced items are not eligible for return. 

Incorrect Item

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact hello@red-rover-kids.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the packaged has been accepted into the post office's system, the correct item will be sent.

Changes + Cancellations To Your Order

Because our fulfillment team processes and ships your order quickly, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us. We will try our best to cancel it if possible.  

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Bows are meant to be worn under parent supervision only. They are considered a choking hazard.
